Cookie Portraits

Christmas cookie decorating is taken very seriously in our family.

ElizaJane's technique is, the more you can get to stick, the better. When she gets done they are considered Christmas candy.

Haven takes her time.

Kartwright created a portrait cookie of his friend Cason, who is the number one backstroker in the state of South Carolinoa. See the speedo, and the flip flops? He is practising to be Georgia's number one portrait cookie artist. We are so proud!

Dakota is also on his way to stardom in the cookie decorating world. Can you see the determination on his face?

Merry Christmas eve eve by the way. Hope it's a good one.

These are quite lovely. Yours is a major production.

P.S. to Dawn: If you liked the hamster story, I will tell the parakeet story sometime....when it fits. Hint: A person with cats should not live so dangerously! (with other species)

Oh NO...I'm afraid Cason's going to get the big(or even bigger I should say) head having a cookie designed in his honor. That is so funny. We're making cookie cut outs Christmas Eve. I'll bet he's going to come up with a Holy Ground Stallion Football player man now: )

Oh, I took a pic of you and Liza and Jessie at a swim meet or practice from R's cell phone. Kamryn was looking thru all his pics the other day and I heard her call Nona to come and look. She said, "Come here and look Nona, this is going to make you cry." I thought that was so sweet. We do miss y'all.
